2 Months and my buyer still doesn't have a house!
How many red flags can there be? I try try try to get my buyers to use lenders that I know will give them good service.....

This summer I have found a Meth poisoned house. I have been 1/2 block away from a shooting that just occurred. I have seen small animals closed up in a home.....
I have seen someone running out a back door as I opened the front..... BUT NEVER THIS!!!!

Great news was announced on Thursday May 15th. The Chief Economist for NAR (the National Association of Realtors), Lawrence Yun, predicts that home sales and prices in Milwaukee .... and most of the country..... are in a position to improve in the second half of this year.

Real Estate Changes
The 2008 assessment shows that the total assessed value of residential and commercial real estate grew by 4.3% since January 1, 2007. Commercial property assessments grew 8.4% and residential property assessments grew 2.4%.
If you do not agree with the market value the assessor's office has placed on you property, you do have the right to appeal -- BUT
