I spent the last 2 days at the Wisconsin State Fair. What a great time to be had by all! Many livestock shows like this: Percheron Draft Horses showing in the Horse Barn Specials on Sat and Sunday- Dairy Goats Hereford Beef Cattle, Holsteins Mopre Percheron and Belgian Draft Horses, Poulty and Rabbits, Swine

What in the world am I going to blog about? I've really gotten caught up in the whole Brett Favre saga. Now it's back to real estate and what can I write to add to Localism? It is summer and there are a million things to do.... but I can't seem to forget...it's like something / someone has died..... I really am sad about Brett. Well, on with the Brett Favre saga. The fans in Wisconsin are sure tired of this story!! Brett boarded a jet in Green Bay around lunch time. He is headed back to Mississippi. He was escorted by the police from his home to the air field. He left with more luggage than he came with. My guess - he has said good-bye to his home in Green Bay. If I sold real estate up there, I'd be a knockin on his door.... RUMOR has it that the New York Jets and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are having a little bidding war … (24 comments)

There is just nothing like the Wisconsin State Fair. This year will be no different. Come out for a good time. There is music, food, livestock, carnival rides and tents, fun for the whole family, and much more. I never miss the State Fair. My favorites at the fair are: Taking in a show at the Grandstand. This year I will see Josh Turner. In years past Alan Jackson was my favorite. Alan doesn't make it to Wisconsin much these days! The main acts in the evening are crowd pleasers. If you've been following the Brett Favre Saga - here's the new scoop. It is rumored that the Packers have offered Brett Favre $20 Million to stay home. Not play. Not return to Lambeau and let the Pack move on. $2 Million a year - for 10 years to stay retired.

Packer Fans! I was amazed at the rumblings last week that Brett may return. I at first thought it was just the rumor mill. After all, the teary good-byes in the spring were so difficult to watch! Brett Favre is a true competitor. Money is not his game. Playing is.
