Should I buy? Prices are down. Interest rates are down. There's plenty of product to pick from. Seller's are willing to negotiate. Is there ANY reason not to buy right now?!Your primary home is just that - PRIMARILY a place to raise your family, break bread with your friends and loved ones, provide shelter and care. It should not be a move for "investment only".
