It's easy to be a Realtor, all you need is to know your goals, a plan to achieve your goals, be accountable, and....you need a laptop, a blackberry, a daytimer, a prospecting program, an email program, tracking software, a website, (or 2 or 3), a digital camera, GPS mapping, keyboxes, a lockbox key, a SafeMLS FOB, passwords for your broker, for the copy machine, the telephone, the front door, passwords for MLS, passwords for email, for MAR, NAR, GCAAR, for your website, you need a stealth website, a DRIP campaign, you need a farming area, a mailing campaign, a follow up … (11 comments)
