While it might be a seasonal up swing but agent "busy" indicators seem to be showing an increased in activity during the last two weeks. This is "feel" report not a statistical analysis. Phone activity: Our office phones are ringing. Some of the increase is due to some new low priced listings and rentals, but that is still good! Appointments seem to be increasing in numbers too. Open Houses: My last two Saturday open houses have been pretty good with 3 to 4 walkthoughs. The words "offer" seems to be heard in conversations.
