As far as the Craig's List posting...

Your posting will expire from the site in 45 days. I am sure that you all know already about that and you'll join me in pursuing to have it changed. 
The Craig's Admin personal have a criteria in evaluating the volume of ads per regions... Each state/city has an other period of time to post their listings.

I came across a post on  group: Realtors regarding Posting listings on Craig's list.

But reading the comments on the post I found a very interesting one in regard to reposting on Craig's List.

geez Brett! I'm going to have to step up my game with you telling everyone. hehe. (no worries)
Only the expired once (45days later) display: Repost this Posting...  So I can just do that. Other than that I don't see how can we repost after 48hours.
