I either read or heard about this recently, but it’s crazy and really works. Have you ever gone to get a stalk of celery out of your refrigerator and it’s all withered? Amazingly, if you wrap the celery in Reynolds Wrap, it’ll stay crisp for weeks. I’ve tried it and it actually works.
Last night, I thought if it works on celery, maybe I’ll try the spring onions that were sitting in the crisper all wilted. I wrapped them up in Reynolds Wrap yesterday, took them out of the crisper today and voila! They’re nice and fresh as well.

My last blog, I talked about where are all the buyers?  But sometimes buyers aren't quite everything I don't guess.  I've had more time to do other things like: 
For anyone that loves horses, I must share my experience of seeing the World Famous Lipizzaner Stallions this evening.  The show was held in Charlotte at Bobcats Arena and was absolutely wonderful. These horses did everything with precision accuracy.  There were spectacular leaps and maneuvers; there was an intricate, equine ballet, showing moves through the highest level of dressage. They prance, march and intricately weave their way across the floor to the music  of ballet. … (10 comments)

Our market in Charlotte, NC still isn't as bad as some of the other markets out in the country.  It boggles my mind how many great deals there are out there right now - and there's this huge lack of buyers!  Don't they know it's a GREAT time to buy right now - it's a Buyers Market?  There are so many people in apartments, that could be in homes; but I guess they just don't realize it.

I must say with the real estate business the way it is right now in Charlotte, NC, it is giving us the opportunity to see our granddaughter on most Sunday's.   You know what's better than having  your own children?  It's having a grandchild.  This is Madison Marie.

In the Charlotte Observer yesterday, there was an article about WD40. Now we all know to use WD40 on hinges, screws, door locks, etc.  Well, this article suggested that it could be used on smudges, scuff marks, etc on hardwood floors, vinyl floors, etc.  I'm here to share with you that this stuff actually worked! We've had a large mark on our hardwood floors that's been there since we bought the house, in 1999! Charlotte, NC. Where's that someone may ask?  It's a wonderful city, only 6 hours to Washington, DC, 8 hours to Orlando, 4 hours to the beach, 3 hours to the mountains, and has great weather.  Plus there is loads to do here.  Football, basketball, great uptown entertainment, The Arts and more!
