I am calling upon my ActiveRain friends to stop just for a moment and think about how you can help others this season. We have over 162,962 members. Can you just imagine if everyone just donated $1 this year to help an organization? Even by breaking into groups( ie: Realtors, Stage it Forward, The Art of Marketing You, etc.), we could make a huge difference in many different non-profit organizations who are struggling. These types of organizations depend soley on donations. Most have no paid staff and rely exclusively on contributions. The smaller, local organizations are being the hardest hit. … (7 comments)

I received a heartfelt email the other day from a friend in one of my animal groups. She is a breeder of some wonderful and very loving Rotties. One of her best dogs needs immediate hip surgery. Anyone out there knows that this can be very expensive. Patti has worked hard to promote some very amazing dogs and she needs some help with this. Can you help give him a chance to continue living?
