The Oyster Festival is an annual Asbury Park event that generates a large crowd with expected attendance of over 20,000. The event will run the entire length of Cookman Ave from Main Street to the Boardwalk, 11:00 am - 7:00 pm, rain or shine; admission to the event is FREE. This year's festival is sponsored by the Asbury Park Press, Galaxy Toyota and Guinness and proudly hosted by the Asbury Park Chamber of Commerce. It's been a long time coming, but we're finally beginning to see some positive changes in the Asbury Park, NJ real estate market. In the last two weeks, I've seen a significant increase in the number of hits to my web-site, phone calls, appointments and finally - deals.
