Fall foliage is a glorious time to be outdoors - taking in the changing colors and crunch beneath your feet. But it can wreak havoc on your gutters. Tackle the build-up with some of these tips. Start in the Corners Using gloves, clear tight spots first, like corners and downspouts. I'm not much of a resolution girl. So, I think this is going to be my promise for next year — to be resolute. The definition of the word is “admirably purposeful, determined, unwavering.” That’s something I can get behind! I feel like with a lot of the stress of this last year, it was incredibly easy to feel sapped creatively, physically, and emotionally. Big news for First Time homebuyers that are still on the hunt for that perfect place to call their own. Key lawmakers in the Senate have tentatively agreed with the proposed extension to the $8,000 Tax Credit as well as a new $6,500 credit for existing homeowners who have lived in their current homes for five years consecutively.
