The Zemel family came to S Florida in the 1930's and started buying land, in some instances via tax certificate-deed sales. One of the largest undeveloped parcels in North Cape Coral (slightly over 1400 acres) just sold via Trustee auction for slightly over $3 million dollars to GA-Pinnacle LLC. David Kraizgrun, based in Broward county, indicates Pinnacle purchased the land with the intent to hold it in their portfolio to see what happens in Cape Coral as it continues to build out. The Zemel property has the unique quality of not being pre-platted as most of Cape Coral is so it offers tremendous possibilities (0 comments)
