Hurdicales: Are a combination of hurdles and obstacles. Imagine a relay race. Is what I tell Buyers and Sellers looking to buy or sell their Kissimmee St Cloud Florida homes. The first hurdicale is getting the proper loan Pre-Approval from a buyer. Because without that, you have a long gamut of obstacles to closing.
Reluntant Buyers who are unable or unwilling to get a Letter of Pre-Approval make overcoming the other Hurdicales nearly impossible.

It appears that the Federal gocvernment has succeeded in outting a muzzle ont he bite of the banks.
Home sellers trying to recap some of losses turned to renting their homes (particularly late coming investors as the bubble burst from overinflation)
Renters have found themselves innocent victims to the mortgage fiasco as collateral damage. Banks moving forward the foreclosure process, after waiting as long as six months to decline a short sale offer; have given renters 24 hours notice to vacate the property after the drop of the gavel.
