Congratulations to the Belgrade Community Library for being named the best small library in America! The Belgrade Library competed against other libraries serving areas with less than 25,000 people and beat every single one. After being named the Montana Library of the year in 2011, the Belgrade Community Library decided to take on the nation as well—and won.
