Atlanta Thanksgiving Half Marathon and 5K Run November 28, 2013 It's time again! The Atlanta Half Marathon and Thanksgiving Day 5k is an annual tradition that thousands of runners, walkers and volunteers look forward to all year long. This event is organized by the Atlanta Track Club and includes events for the entire family. Decatur Wine Festival The Downtown Decatur Wine Festival starts in less than 2 hours (November 9, 2013). This is one of my favorite events on a crisp Fall day in the Decatur Sqaure. The wine fest begins at 1 pm and runs through 4 pm. The City of Decatur hosts the wine festival every year, offering over 500 international and domestic wines for your tasting pleasure! 2013: Craigslist No Longer Allowing Links or HTML in Ads

Yes, HTML has been removed from Craiglist ads. This morning, I was creating new Craigslist ads for my new listings -- they were all HTML with imbedded property images, keywords, and links -- when I realized that Craigslist made a BIG CHANGE...
It no longer allow HTML in the Craigslist ads. Craigslist HTML guidelines now state that “IMG, FONT, TABLE, DIV, and SPAN tags are no longer supported in this category."

TIME TO FALL BACK, ATLANTA! It's hard to believe, but it is already time to set your clocks back by one hour. Daylight savings time begins at 2:00 am on November 3, 2013.
The Good News: You get an extra hour of sleep tonight! Research revealed that violent crime decreases when we "Fall Back" Heart attack rates decrease at the end of Daylight Savings time each year (per Harvard Health Blog Report) Monday's traffic accidents are lower than when we "Spring Forward" For most of us, the sun will be up on our way to work.

2013 Downtown Decatur Arts Festival On Memorial Day weekend, the City of Decatur will be celebrating the 25th anniversary of one of their most popular festivals, the 2013 Downtown Decatur Arts Festival. 2013 Kirkwood Spring Fling & Tour of Homes Spring in Atlanta is my favorite time of the year, especially with the weekly line-up of Atlanta festivals and events. In less than two weeks, one of my favorite festivals will be here -- the Kirkwood Spring Fling and Tour of Homes!
