2013 Downtown Decatur Arts Festival On Memorial Day weekend, the City of Decatur will be celebrating the 25th anniversary of one of their most popular festivals, the 2013 Downtown Decatur Arts Festival. Located in the Decatur Square near the Old Courthouse, you will find over 150 local artists displaying their work. Enjoy great music from local vendors and listen to live music throughout the day, including headline performer, Shawn Mullins.
