Drew Charter School is the 2012 Georgia Charter School of the Year This wonderful City of Atlanta Charter School is located in the heart of the East Lake neigbhorhood and we are thrilled that they received some well-deserved recognition! Charles R. Drew Charter School is one of the state’s highest performing elementary / middle schools and because they were awarded the 2012 Georgia Charter School of the Year, they will receive a $50,000 grant from The Coca-Cola Foundation in order to continue excellence in education.
