homes: Multiple Offers in THIS MARKET?

I am happy to report that after three months on the market, my listing in Marietta, GA received THREE offers last week -- with offer #4 pending. Of course, my sellers are absolutely thrilled. They worked so hard remodeling their home over the last five years and were honestly the "perfect" clients. When I shared this news with friends and family over the Thanksgiving holiday, their only response was "Multiple offers in THIS market???" They were truly blown away.
