Kirkwood Atlanta Homes - Kirkwood Atlanta Real Estate GOOD NEWS! Kirkwood residential home sales in 2nd Quarter (April - June) are significantly UP from previous years and have more than doubled from earlier this year. The average home sales price in 2Q did decline from the previous years, but it was a great improvement from 1Q 2010 - up almost $50,000. Major contributors to the success in 2Q 2010 would be the historically low interest rates and tax incentives for first time home buyers.
