Feb. Pending Home Sales Drop 10.6% - There aren’t enough homes listed, marking the second monthly decline in a row. This was a headline put out by NAR. An already tight market is about to get even tighter. The answer is to talk to as many people as you can about their real estate plans this year. Add another hour to your planned lead gen time.
