Last Sunday our office had an office BBQ at the Seneca Creek State Park in Gaithersburg. It was a really fun afternoon. Our office does a really great job keeping us things positive and fun. Kara Hurley, one of our office managers and party organizer extrodinaire, thought it would be a fun afternoon for us all to come out and hang out together and just let go of the market for a bit. Here at AR we all work in the same industry. Real Estate. Whether we are the agents, lender, title folks or inspectors, we are all part of the same, mostly happy, family. I have been reading post after post about getting business from AR. My friend, who I got to sign up and has NEVER done anything with her blog, says to me "someone found me on AR today." Do you do the two step? Over the years I have gone back and forth as to whether I was being more effective in doing a one appointment listing appointment or a two step style listing appointment.? I feel the one step is just that, one time to make your impression on the sellers. You have to be everything at that appointment.
