As an agent I get this question a lot, “ What is the best time of the year to buy or sell?” and often times my response is NOW. If your home is market ready the best time is NOW. Real Estate is cyclical. That means there are cycles within the year that affect activity. As a buyer or seller I have noticed that the best deals and the least stressful time of the year to buy and sell is during the cold months. Of course there are several things that need to be considered before buying and selling.
