stimulus money: 1st Time Buyer Programs

These days 1st time buyers have a lot of options available to them. It seems like the only reason not to buy is because you can't! Interest rates are at an all time 40 year low an the government is paying buyers an $8000 kings ransom for anyone that wants to and can take advantage of the stimulus program. All thats left for buyers to do is Search for a Home. Recently I have helped buyers with new homes that even have the builder paying all the closing costs and offering SS appliance packages.
