AUSTIN DOWNTOWN. Easy access to UT, 6th St., Restaurants. Some people's idea of fun is living in a highrise downtown, squeezed into tiny space, paying huge HOA fees, fighting for a parking space or exiting the car in a dark, scarry cubby hole to walk to an elevator, to walk down a long empty corridor to home with a view of the building next door. Instead, for much less money, no HUGE HOA fees, live in 1100 sf of luxury and spend only 5 minutes on roads to be in the same downtown location.
