The following Georgia counties have created senior residential ordinances: Cobb County, Fulton Counties, Gwinnett County, and Henry County. The housing market is trying to adjust to what people want. It seems the Atlanta area has a large number of senior residences and expects that number to double by 2030. Various GA counties are developing there 2030 plans and among the items on the 2030 Agenda are public transportation and senior housing plans. Some of the changes being created aimed at seniors are senior-only neighborhoods, and communities that are in close proximity to doctors offices, stores and entertainment. Based on the title of this post I know you are all wondering what does this have to do with Real Estate. Well, I haven't quite figured out yet, but by the time I finish writing I am sure I will tie it all in. I went to the movies yesterday and I saw Tyler Perry's Daddy's Little Girl, which I really enjoyed. This movie was filmed in Atlantaand as I watched consider which areas I was truly familiar with. georgia: New Purchase and Sales Agreement in GA

Well, I wrote my first contract using the new purchase and sales agreement we have in Georgia. Of course there's been a lot of hoopla about this. Just a few days ago here on AR there was a "heated" exchange between someone in the mortgage business and a real estate agent. I tried to go back and find their post, but I am unable to locate them right now.
