Don't Throw Money Away It’s Time to File your Homestead Exemption If you purchased your home last year it’s time to file for your homestead tax exemption. To be granted a homestead exemption you must occupy the home as your primary legal residence.
The application for homestead exemption must be filed with your local tax commissioners office or the tax assessors office and the deadline for filing the tax exemption is April 1 in most counties. December 30, 2011- Day 30 Today was a productive day same as the other days so far this month and same as it will be tomorrow. It's amazing the difference it makes when you focus and every day is a work day. Always working to towards your goals and looking forward to achieving success. With that said here's what I did today: I had 2 showing appointments. I went to a home inspection for by buyer client. Met a new prospect. Scheduled a showing for tomorrow. Added a new multi-family listing to MLS. Wrote an offer for one of my listings. (2 comments)
