client: A BAD DAY!!
- 06/15/07 06:53 AM
Sometimes, when it feels like nothing is working out, you just have a bad day. I found out a lender is averaging the last 18 mos. income instead of using year to date. That really messes everything up. Because he had much lower income last year, It makes his DTI way too high. Mind you, if they just use year to date, his dti is only 38% Sometimes, my nerves can't take this job!!!! Amanda (10 comments)

There are many reasons to become a homeowner. The financial benefits alone are worth it! The tax breaks for homeowners are great. That in itself is enough. As of 2007, you can deduct PMI(private mortgage insurance) on your taxes. What an awesome deal. When you rent, you might as well just go out the front door and throw your money to the wind. Another great thing about being a homeowner is the fact that you can change colors, add rooms, have pets, etc., without consulting other people. Hello everyone, My name is Amanda Bowser and I am a Mortgage Consultant with Equity Plus, Inc. in Wilmington, De. I work out of my home office in Smyrna, DE and have lived in Delaware all my life. I have been married 13 years and have 4 kids. I wanted to bring up an important point for lots of homeowners these days. In the last 2-5 years, a lot of people have bought homes or refinanced their home. A lot of those consumers started their mortgage with a 2-5 year adjustable rate. Well, hurry up and check, it might be getting ready (0 comments)
client: REFERRAL GROUPS
- 05/25/07 12:43 AM
Hey everyone, This is a good topic for me today because my boss is coming to my little town today and we are going to look into starting a referral group. I know a lot of business owners in my area and I think we could all benefit from getting together once a week. The whole idea behind a referral group is you each refer each other to everyone you know. You meet once a week for breakfast or lunch, maybe an hour. You discuss how business is going and get to know each other. There is only one person representing each (10 comments)
