tax credit: Tax Credit Expires Soon - Act Now!

You may know that the tax credit for home purchases expires soon. What should I do? I am petitioning for an extension; as is the NAR and local Realtor groups. Congress may extend it, but for now, up to $8,000 may be credited to you if we close escrow on a home purchase. What should YOU do?
