July 2012 Arrowhead and Inglewood/Inglemoor Closed Sales Located in the northeast corner of Lake Washington the communities of Arrowhead Point, Holmes Point and Inglewood/Inglemoor experienced a nice rush of home purchasing activity for the first half of July 2012. There’s a nice selection of homes for sale in Inglewood/Inglemoor and Kenmore as well homes for sale in Arrowhead Point. Arrowhead Point registered 4 pending sales with the highest on being $619,000 that was on the market 7 days. There were 6 closed sales in Arrowhead Point and Inglewood/Inglemoor in July with the highest sale being $586,500.
