While getting my own home ready for the market this fall, I find that painting does go a long way! Although cost and quality can vary, I will shop around for a quality paint for the best price. Lowe's and Home Depot can be a great resource. (Also, I like to check my local Richmond VA Fan District home improvement store, Pleasant's Hardware.) Also, paint quantity can make a difference.
