homes: Sun City West, Golf, Golf and More Golf, Did I Say Four!

This is going to be short and sweet, so many people come to Arizona to play golf that we probably have more golf courses than schools. At least in Sun City West we do. Community golf courses "7" schools "0". Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that Sun City West is an Active Adult, 55+ community. So, no schools and for the most part no school tax. Yes there are some annexed areas that do have school tax but for the majority of homes it is a great big NO! Golfing, however, is a great big YES!!! Besides the 7 courses … (0 comments)
