I believe that I give both my buyer and seller clients a little piece of me whenever I work with them. I try to treat them like I would want to be treated and give them support and knowledge that would I want agent to do for me. This is going to be short and sweet, so many people come to Arizona to play golf that we probably have more golf courses than schools. At least in Sun City West we do. Community golf courses "7" schools "0". Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that Sun City West is an Active Adult, 55+ community. So, no schools and for the most part no school tax. Bowling is a big deal all over the country and Sun City West Arizona is no exception. At Johnson Lanes in Sun City West seniors take their bowling very, very seriously. Johnson Lanes offers 30 finely calibrated lanes, state-of-the-art pin-setting and automatic scoring, and a pro shop. Sun City West offers many amenities for those who live and visit here, there are movies and theater, there shows and plays, there are clubs this (over 100 in all), there's bowling alleys and woodworking shops, swimming pools and golf, there's exercise fitness centers and most of all there is just great weather. Most people know very little about Parkinson's Disease. Even to those who are familiar with it there is a little known problem that the disease causes, that is loosing your capacity to speak. All you hear is that real estate is a buyer's market out there. All the prattle about offering the seller 10 - 20% off list. Well it maybe or maybe not a buyers market in some areas and even in pockets in those areas it can or cannot be. A lot of the markets that are being shown by the media as being recessed and prices still dropping actually have seller's market within them.
