mihu: Howard County accepting apllications for Housing

The Howard County Department of Housing and Community Development is accepting applications during this current enrollment period for the county's moderate income housing unit (MIHU) program.
The MIHU program requires developers in certain zoning districts to sell or rent some of it's new housing units to households of moderate income. The application deadline is April 30, 2008. MIHU is also holding a Buyers and Renters workshop on Date: April 23, 2008 Place: Banneker Rm., George Howard Building -Ellicott City Time: 7 - 9 p.m.
Representatives will be present to explain the program's eligibility requirements and application process.
