I am working with a Buyer who has a few bumps on their credit. We have a book that we have used in the past that with just a few simple steps has brought up credit scores by 90 points within 2 months. We have other examples too. A simple increase will allow this person to accomplish their goals, so this week I am meeting with the Buyer on a couple of occasions to help.
