The Banks have cut corners in the foreclosure process, which is different in each state, and in some cases they have taken property illegally (according to Plaintiffs Attorneys). HOW TO PEEL THE BIG ONION WITHOUT CRYING! When I was a young real estate puppy, many years ago, I had what I would describe as a fear of doing bad things to good people. Basically, I worried about damaging the name my Father gave me, and the look in his eyes when he found out. Then there was the client, the Broker, the lawyers.
