Anyone that has asked me what my least favorite thing to do is knows that the answer is simple: moving.
Going from dorm to dorm in college followed by apartment to apartment, it was such a relief when I closed on my home four years ago and declared that I would never move again! Whenever I work with potential buyers in the Columbia, South Carolina area, I typically am asked "What is there to do on the weekends?". The housing market in greater Columbia are of South Carolina offers a plethora of neighborhoods ranging in house size, price, lot size, and style. Each week I will be featuring 1-2 communities and this week the spotlight is on a starter home neighborhood located in Richland County called the "Briarcliffe Estates".
