The housing market in greater Columbia are of South Carolina offers a plethora of neighborhoods ranging in house size, price, lot size, and style. Each week I will be featuring 1-2 communities and this week the spotlight is on a starter home neighborhood located in Richland County called the "Briarcliffe Estates".
Briarcliffe offers a wide range of single family homes built primarily in the 1980s. Featuring the larger lot sizes that buyers often miss in newer homes, you are afforded a bit more privacy from your neighbors without feeling isolated.
