Localism Challenge, Day #16: Osceola County, Florida's declining inventory Osceola County is one of the 6 counties that comprise the Orlando/I-4 corridor. Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Polk, Lake and closest to Orlando, then Volusia a bit towards Daytona where I've actually managed a property as well. Some folks might even add in Brevard County to the East as a 7th county they service. Osceola has had a huge number of empty properties that have been nothing but blights on their community- with tons of bank-owned places sitting with knee-high grass and pools some funky shade of brown that Crayola doesn't even make. … (5 comments)
