As I said the other day, I've had a number of awkward moments over the course of my years in property management.  I've already written about two of those moments, yet I've saved for last the moment which without argument stands alone as the most awkward moment of my property management life.

I've surely had a number of awkward moments over the course of my 13 years in the real estate/property management business.  While I realize I'll only be gettin' points for one of these, I had a hard time choosing between my top 3 awkward moments- so I'll write about each of them.
