Today's message from "the trail" is a fairly simple one. I support Chick-fil-A. I've supported Chick-fil-A since 1985, and I will continue to support Chick-fil-A.
The message in the current "Chick-fil-A debate" is equally clear: Chick-fil-A does not stand for hate- never has. Folks aren't coerced into eating at Chick-fil-A- never will be. If you don't feel you can eat at Chick-fil-A because Dan Cathy's words are not in keeping with your beliefs, so be it. Stand by your beliefs as I'll stand by mine.

And a great chicken race is what you'll find in the Oviedo Kiwanis Charity Chicken Race. The Kiwanis Club of Oviedo-Winter Springs' fourth annual Charity Chicken Race, which will be held this Saturday at 9 a.m. at the Oviedo Gym and Aquatics Center.
