Woburn Real Estate 03-12-2012 MARKET REPORT Average list Price $412,397 Average days on market 130 Single family homes listed 94 Single families under agreement 15 Single families sold 10 New listings (last 30 days) 27 Current market conditions show 27 new properties listed though only 15 properties are currentlyy under agreement. This trend indicates a buyers market; however, new listings (or the supply) often increases sharply in the early spring and is followed by stronger demand in the summer. I guess we will have to see if low rates and a slightly better employment will bring more spring buyers.
