I read Seth Godin's blog daily. It is either motivating or inspiring and always thought provoking. It is now mid-October, all my frantic spring / summer deals are closed and it was an amazing year! It's so more much fun to go to closings than to look for new business! It takes true discipline to do both, but sooo important. Cary Park real estate is likely to see a boost as the much anticipated elementary school opens this summer. Mills Park Elementary off Green Level to Durham Road will open in July and become the neighborhood school to many Cary Park residents. Mills Park is one of several new schools that have opened in recent years in response to the growing number of families migrating to West Cary in NC.
