A new foreclosure has come through and it is priced RIGHT this time. How would you like to have a ranch style 3 bedroom 2 bath house for $24.07 per square foot? It has brick exterior, fireplace, large laundry room and fenced back yard. Price is $39,900! Things that will have to be done is replace roof, put in new floor covering, do repairs to soffits and fascia, paint inside and out and probably a few other things that I can't determine.
