I once had a listing that I ended up owning. That is unusual and this particular house was not one that you'd want to own. It was an old farm house type with high ceilings, wood floors, large double-hung windows, ramshackle doors and on the edge of town surrounded by big trees. To some of you it sounds like a dream house....right? Well according to the people who lived there it was not. She was wanting a better house. Way back in the 80's when creative financing had to be done I ended up owning a house in order to sell a house! That is not unusual but this particular house was not one that you'd want to own.
