One of the most memorable pranks that I have played on my office was the "cleaning of the phone lines" I had our office manage purchase clear plastic garbage bags for the "blowing out of the lines". Each agent was given one with a memo of the date and time that they were to have their phone in a bag in their wastebasket on top of their desk so that the phone company could "blow out the lines" Believe me to keep this going with out laughing or breaking it was the trick.
