Who are we really helping when we take an overpriced listing? No one is the obvious answer, but let's think about that... We certainly aren't helping the seller instead we're setting them up for disappointment. We aren't helping ourselves if we aren't going to get paid anytime soon. We aren't helping the Brokerage they aren't getting paid either. So who are we helping? The sign company! Is it really that important to say you "have a new listing?"
