Living here in Western Washington, we have all heard stories of people with mold problems in their home. A client recently informed my that it seemed as if she had a cold that she could not shake, she thought that maybe it could be caused by mold in her home and asked if I knew of a mold inspector. A mold inspector takes samples of mold and sends them to a lab for analysis. They can then determine if it is a toxic variety or not. I know everyone hears on the news that the prices of homes is going down all over the country. The media has a very convincing way of using statistics to sway the publics perception of what is happening. While some other areas of the country are seeing slight price corrections, this is not necessarily the truth here in the Northwest. When the news reports show that the average home sold for less money than previously, they are using the average home sale price.
