Take Some Time to Enjoy the Brecksville Ohio Concerts on the Square!
The center of town in Brecksville Ohio, otherwise known as the square, features a beautiful gazebo and some of the prettiest landscaping! Anyone familiar with Brecksville knows that this is where the Home Days are held every year.
But another great event is the "Concerts on the Square" where you can enjoy all different kinds of music for a couple of hours. So bring your chairs or a blanket, relax and enjoy some of your favorite tunes!

You've purchased a home and had it inspected and that inspection uncovered a few problems. You forward a copy of your inspection report and ask the seller in writing to correct 3 specific items and provide copies of the receipts and/or invoices. The seller agrees. Great! Don't let it end there.
As a buyer you should go back and inspect the repairs but this is not necessarily your final walk through. The purpose of this trip is to make sure that the seller made the repairs to your satisfaction.

Most buyers will turn to their agent and say "What do you think?"
Of course, no one can decide for them but here are some suggestions.
