Whenever I go on a listing appointment I try to remember to ask the sellers the last time they went into their attic. I've had some sellers say last week, others last year and still others say, "Oh it's been a while". I then recommend that they take a trip up to the attic to check for mold. Taking a few minutes to do this could mean the difference between selling your home or not. or least selling it with a few less headaches. I do not pick numbers or sales out of the air. I do not guess about anything actually. I do my homework. Here is just SOME of the fact finding I do:
