Most of us in the mortgage and real estate profession are in this boat, and quite frankly so are many of our clients. Here are some tips for the self-employed and for those of us who represent them. mortgages: Stated Income Loans - Hope for Ressurection?

I represent a lot of self-employed folks who make a great income, have great credit, and have assets, but finding them a loan with a decent interest rate has proven difficult. Most of the homes that appeal to my clients are also outside of the new FHA limits, which didn't increase much for Ulster County.
