We live in Tucson, Arizona, which is located in Pima County and is considered a declining market for real estate.  I am not sure if this has anything to do with Capital One's decision, but just is case:
Capital One card holders beware: Use it or lose it.

   We are looking for input as to the most effective way to aquire mailing lists for areas of Chicago and Canada. Locally, we can utilize the efforts of the title companies, however, not all title companies share information from state to state. We have tried to aquire mailing lists from them for areas in Chicago and were unsuccessful. Do you really think it makes a difference in the quality of the showing of a home when the air and/or heat are off or are set at an unreasonable temperature for the weather?  Absolutely it does!
A prospective buyer will not stay in your home long enough to determine whether they like its floorplan if they are freezing.  They also will not stay, especially in Tucson and Southern Arizona, to see all the nice amenities of your home if they are sweating to death on one of our beautiful August days because there is too little or no cooling.
